Software · built and owned by MarkR

The same work, turned into software.

Some problems are worth solving once, for everyone. When one is, MarkR builds it.

Our own developers and engineers design and ship the product, we patent what's genuinely new, and we license the engine to vendors as a white-box solution.

Built from the operator's chair

MarkR's software doesn't come from a product team guessing at a market. It comes from thirty years inside enterprise and corporate finance. Raman ran the ERP, MRP, and cost systems, closed the books, carried the P&L, and sat in the board meetings, and each of these tools is built around a gap he lived with himself. He designs the solution the way the person who actually had the problem would, then works with MarkR's engineers and developers to build it so it holds up in a real business, not just in a demo. Corporate and enterprise experience is the starting point, not an afterthought.

Why software, not apps

An app chases downloads, screen time, and attention. MarkR builds software: working tools that plug into the accounting and ERP systems a business already runs, turn real operational data into decisions, and earn their place in how the company operates. The measure of success isn't engagement, it's a better decision made, defensible and on time. Fewer users, far more leverage.

DentistOpFlow

Cost-intelligence software that shows a dental practice the true cost and margin of every procedure, because the fees that quietly lose money are rarely the ones you'd guess. It maps the invoices a practice already pays into a loaded cost and margin for each procedure, and flags the fees to fix first.

A BGR director brief: a board package prepared for one director, organized by committee into decide, changed, risk, and follow-up items, marked governance checked

BGR, board governance-assurance software

Board portals store documents; they don't fix the two things that actually weaken governance: directors who arrive underprepared and information that is wrong or late. Before every meeting, BGR checks the board's governance and gives each director a personalized, watermarked brief of what to decide, what changed, and the risks, showing only what they are entitled to see.

It comes out of Raman's twenty years in the boardroom and a Chartered Director's view of risk. Your documents stay in your own storage and are never used to train AI.

Localized operational tools, and more in development

Not every fix needs a platform. A lot of value comes from spotting where an operation quietly loses time or stock, then filling that gap with a lightweight, localized app, wired by API into the accounting software so the numbers reconcile themselves. Alongside DentistOpFlow and BGR, MarkR has a few more applications in development, each one a problem worth solving once, for everyone.
